Succession and Transition: A succession is when the present Pastor resigns and goes away—is done with that church. A transition is when the present Pastor is repositioned within the church and serves in predetermined areas at the behest of the incoming Pastor.
The need to assist Pastors and churches in succession and transition became so great, and diversity of contexts so varied, that an experienced and equally diverse team of consultants has been assembled with EXPAND.
